What is the typical shipping time for international orders?
International orders generally take 7-15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Tracking information is provided via email once the package departs our warehouse.
Do your drones come ready-to-fly (RTF) or do I need to bind them?
We offer both RTF kits, which include a radio and goggles, and BNF (Bind-and-Fly) versions. BNF versions require you to bind the drone to your own compatible transmitter before flight.
What is your return policy for defective electronics?
We offer a 30-day warranty on all electronic components. If a product arrives DOA or fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with flight logs or video evidence for a replacement or refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and various local payment options depending on your shipping region.
Are your flight controllers compatible with Betaflight?
Yes, the majority of our flight controllers are designed to run Betaflight firmware. We provide specific CLI dumps and firmware targets on our technical support pages for easy configuration.
